The illiterate of the future are not those that cannot read or write. They are those that can not learn, unlearn, relearn.
There is no such thing as a functional illiterate.
Why do we want to test people for drugs and alcohol? Why don't we test them from stupidity, illiteracy and avarice? The place would be better.
